Project Overview

This project is located in the Central District of Yangon, close to the largest lake in Yangon, Inka Lake, cooperatively developed with a local landlord, this project was completed in 2020. This building is a mid-high rise building with upper levels as residential, and mid-lower levels for office use. Built by the group associated company, BES Engineering acted as the PCM for this project, combining real estate expertise, multi-pronged design, and created value through the execution of the investment target, and assisted local government with land development planning, spanning urgban development and operations.
