CPDC won international recognition again in the implement of corporate sustainability. CPDC won the 2017 BSI British Standards Association "Sustainability Implement Award". CPDC’s Vice President Chen attended the 2017 BSI Standards International Management Standards Annual Meeting on the afternoon of November 1st and received the award on behalf of the Company. Vice President Chen said, “CPDC has been making effort to promote sustainable development for a long time. In addition to improving efficiency and reducing risks to achieve stable growth, CPDC is committed to innovation, environmental symbiosis, and corporate social responsibility. CPDC’s winning of Sustainability Implement Award" means CPDC ‘s efforts on sustainable development has been fairly recognized by others.”
Since 2008, BSI has opened the ethos of introducing CSR report verifications among the domestic enterprises. Being a third-party in verification over the years, BSI is impressed by the enterprises’ determination in promoting sustainable development. In order to make the efforts of these enterprises be widely known and become a model of twisting economy, society and the environment, BSI held a ceremony in the annual seminar. The guests from industries, government, academic and research could see the efforts of the domestic enterprises and work together to build sustainable thinking and improve the quality of CSR reports.
