China Petrochemical Development Corporation has won the "2018 11^th annual Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards" – Top 50 Sustainability Award, Platinum Award, an improvement from last year's (2017) gold award. We again received accolades on various metrics on business management information disclosure. This year (2018), a total of 148 corporates in total participated in the awards with Chinese and English sustainability reports, an increase on the number of participants and industries, demonstrating the proactive concern and attention to information disclosure from various industries. Chairman Lin Ko-Ming, today (Nov 22), personally attended the awards ceremony to represent the company in its award, and states that corporate sustainability is a key driver to maintaining industry competitiveness, driving CPDC to become a leader in the green petrochemical industry. In the promotion of the dual core business lines, CPDC maintains its corporate social responsibility, and its mission as a citizen of earth, moving towards a vision of a greener petrochemical industry.
