• Time period: during the period of time when the purpose of collection is still effective, when it is required for CPDC to perform business, or when it is provided by other laws or regulations.
• Area: for CPDC and its affiliated corporations, and any organization between which and CPDC there is a contract or quasi-contract, in Taiwan (including Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu) or any other required area concerning the purpose of collection.

Request to review, make duplication of, correct, discontinue processing or use, or delete the personal information:

Pursuant to the Act, the following rights should be exercised with regard to your personal information kept by CPDC:

• Any inquiry and request for a review of the personal information;
• Any request to supplement or correct the personal information, of which proper explanation shall be made pursuant to the Act;
• Any request to discontinue collection, processing or use of, and to delete the personal information; yet when the disputes are required to be noted by CPDC in performance of business pursuant to relative laws or regulations, or internal regulations of CPDC, the acts may be made without request in advance.
